Smudge Bombs Sagrada Madre – Seven Chakras

Argentine Sagrada Madre smudge bombs – incense balls – are handmade, skilfully selected compositions of natural ingredients: essential oils, resins, herbs and salts, which delight with their unique scents. The pack contains seven incense sticks with different fragrances – each corresponding to one of the seven chakras.

Incense not only fills a space with a pleasant aroma, refreshing the air and eliminating unpleasant odours. They are believed to have magical powers. They help to focus thoughts, clear the mind and relax the body, stimulate energy, the senses and creativity, remove bad vibes and introduce a positive atmosphere. Some can even act as aphrodisiacs. How to use smudge bombs?

1. Light the incense with a match or lighter.
2. Place the ball in a heatproof vessel – preferably in a special holder.
3. Wait for the incense to glow and blow out the flame.
4. As you extinguish the flame, you can close your eyes and think about the intention that will accompany your ritual.
5. Smudge the room with the windows closed – open them after the smudging ritual to give the room a good airing and introduce new energy.
6. Leave the incense in a heatproof vessel or in the holder until it is completely burnt. Wait until it has cooled completely before discarding the residue.
