Rosamonte Tereré is a variation that should be served cold. Yerba consists of leaves, dust and sticks and does not contain any flavour additives. Ageing and processing of yerba mate was carried out in such a way as to best release the aroma and properties in a cooled form. Rosamonte Terere will be yerba mate with juice or fruit. Of course, there is nothing to prevent it from being served as a warm infusion.
