Coffee Broastery Costa Rica San Rafael is a high-quality 100% Arabica sourced from the Tarrazú region, regarded as one of the finest coffee-growing areas in Costa Rica. Plantations located at 1200-2000 metres above sea level, fertile volcanic soils and a favourable microclimate contribute to the slow ripening of the cherries and the rich flavour profile of the beans. 🌱
The coffee has undergone washed processing, which highlights the clarity of the cup and well-defined tasting notes. In the cup you will discover notes of cherry and plum, complemented by accents of chocolate and almond. The whole profile is rounded off by delicate acidity and a pleasantly creamy, heavy body.
The medium light roast level allows the coffee to retain its natural sweetness and balance – making it an excellent choice both for those who appreciate a clean pour-over profile and for fans of harmonious espresso. ☕
