What are essential oils?

How to use essential oils?

• Aromatic bath: Mix 5-10 drops of the oil with bath salt or a splash of carrier oil and add to a warm bath.
• Relaxing massage: Dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil (such as coconut or sweet almond oil) and massage into the skin.
• Scent mist: Combine the oil with water in a spray bottle and use it to refresh the air, bedding, curtains or your meditation space.
