Bro Coffee Roastery Brazil Cerrado Premium – naturally processed Brazilian arabica 🌍
Bro Coffee Roastery Brazil Cerrado Premium is freshly roasted whole bean coffee from the Cerrado region in the state of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil's most important coffee regions. The beans come from farms located at an altitude of 900-1250 masl and are a blend of three classic arabica varieties: Bourbon, Catuai and Mundo Novo.
The character of this coffee is shaped largely by natural processing – the coffee cherries are dried whole, together with the fruit pulp, which gives the beans a fuller structure and a delicate sweetness. Bro Coffee Roastery roasts the beans to a medium light (3/5) level, which highlights the chocolate notes while preserving the freshness of the bean.
In the cup, Brazil Cerrado is rounded and balanced: chocolate and roasted almonds dominate, with a delicate hint of lemon in the background. The finish is slightly sweet, the acidity medium and the body full. It is a coffee in the classic Brazilian style that you can reach for every day and that never gets tiring, even after several cups a day. ☕

What is the SCA scale? It is a globally recognised bean quality grading system, developed by the Specialty Coffee Association. Qualified experts subject the coffee to rigorous tests, evaluating its key parameters on a 100-point scale – from aroma and acidity, all the way to balance and sweetness. Exceeding the 80-point threshold guarantees that we are dealing with outstanding beans, free from any defects.
The creators of the Bro Coffee Roastery brand focus on uncompromising quality and artisanal precision. Every single bean undergoes rigorous selection, as evidenced by an impressive score of 82 points on the SCA scale. This proudly classifies this coffee within the elite group of speciality quality.
