Coffee Broastery Brazil Cerrado Premium is freshly roasted whole bean coffee sourced from the Cerrado, Minas Gerais region 🌎 – one of the most renowned coffee-growing areas in Brazil. 100% Arabica beans mature at an altitude of 900-1250 m above sea level, where stable climatic conditions support a clean and consistent flavour profile.

The coffee is processed using the natural method, which highlights its natural sweetness and full-bodied character. A medium-light roast brings out the classic chocolatey and nutty notes while maintaining a pleasant sense of freshness.

The flavour profile is dominated by chocolate and roasted almonds, complemented by a subtle citrus accent. The result is a harmonious, smooth coffee with pronounced sweetness and well-balanced acidity.
